Exotic Beatles Manchester United Bend It!

Exotica Records was founded in 1991 to launch the legendary football compilation series 'Bend It!' These CDs comprised classic football songs from around the world interspersed with comments and commentary from pundits and footballers alike. Bend It! 91 was followed by 92, 93 and 94 before the rest of the world caught up and flooded the market with football tat. At the same time tributes to Manchester United, Eric Cantona and George Best were released to great acclaim and rave reviews.

In 1993 the first Exotic Beatles album was launched and met with instant praise. It was a compilation of the most bizarre cover versions of Beatles tracks ever recorded with related snippets inserted between tracks. By popular demand Volume 2 was released the following year and caused even more of a stir than its predecessor. Suggestions for a further album flooded in from around the world and Volume 3 was finally compiled and released in 1999.

After a 12 year hiatus Volume 4 of the series will be launched on April 25th 2011 and is the most bizarre yet!
